Sri Lanka Beat West Indies by 164 runs in Galle test, Series win by 2-0

Sri Lankan batsman Dhanajaya de Silva unbeaten 155 and Ramesh Mendis heroic performance in the bowling 11 wickets in the Galle test edged Sri Lanka to win the test match series by 2-0 at their home soil against West Indies.

West Indies who failed in the first test, and after getting 49 runs lead of first inning was hoping to make this test series leveler but they completely failed in the second inning. Sri Lanka who was all out on 204 in first inning and got West Indies was on 249 showed different attitude of pure cricket in the second inning where Dhanajaya De Silva was in full mood to entertain the test cricket fans at Galle.

Dhananjaya De Silva declare player of the match on his 155* not out inning plus five catches while Ramesh Mendis 18 wickets and 43 runs helped him to grape trophy of man of the series.
