The New Zealand cricket team, after abandoning the Pakistan tour, has been waiting for a charter plane for the last 24 hours. Sources now confirm to Current Line that the charter plane will start its journey from Islamabad via UAE to Auckland tonight. The NZ team is still staying in an Islamabad hotel under high security alert. The NZ Cricket team called off the tour on the advice of the NZ Cricket Board minutes before the start of the first ODI on Friday. Pakistani PM Imran Khan also called NZ PM to assure him about security measures, but all efforts proved to be useless.
