Pakistan Test team is ready to face NZ in Christ Church for the first test after 2-1 victory over WI in three test matches series in UAE.
When we look back at the team performance in resent Home series in UAE against WI, it was look like that team was shattered in the third and last test in all three departments.
Pakistan Cricket team who white washed the T20 world Champion in T20 series and ODI series was also looking for the repetition of performance in the test series but its more depressed than the unfortunate for the captain Misbah ul Haq.
No doubt mighty Misbah is now one of the greatest captains in the test history and grab lot of records in his last span of professional Cricketing life but the Australian and New Zealand tour was never easy for any of the world captain from other non continents team as well, therefore he need to be keen in his mats physical and mental strength on this long long tour.
Misbah has best opener in the shape of Azhar Ali who made triple ton against West indies in home series, Younas khan one of the best master blasters in Pakistan and Asia, Babar Azam the Young guy, Asad Shafique the best one in the late order in the world with English team all rounder Moeen Ali, Sarfraz ahmad who is so so behind the wickets but very good in the rotation of strike when on the crease.
Similarly Misbah has best bowling option in the shape fast attack including super fit and consistent in long format Rahat Ali, Passionate Wahab and Amir and no doubt the best in the world of spinners Yasir Shah as his trump card.
The most challenging job for Misbah to maintain the best fielding options because in UAE it cost a lot to Pakistan Cricket Team and they missed the chance to white wash and to create the unique history of cricket.
New Zealand Team as announced by the Kiwi Cricket board is comparatively young, comprise of 7 out of 13 less than 30 years of age but the key factor is all rounder choice for kiwi captain as almost every team member can play dual role other than two wicket keepers and this is the real worry sign for Misbah eleven as Pakistan team is lacking in it.
